HipHopDX Premiere: In honor of its 20 year anniversary, Snoop Dogg’s protege Clay James has dropped a freestyle over Jazze Pha‘s 1996 classic, “Sho’Nuff” featuring Messiah. Last Tuesday (November 22), the Georgia native performed at the K.Camp & Celebrity Friends Concert, where he had a chance to meet legendary Atlanta producer Jazze Pha, who is also a good friend of the Doggfather.

Jazze Pha was responsible for several notable songs that came out of the South in the ’90s and 2000s. James decided to pay homage to Pha’s “Sho Nuff” track, which he produced for Memphis rapper Tela and the legendary 8Ball & MJG back in 1995.
