British television and radio host Tim Westwood has been involved in the Hip Hop scene for decades. Thankfully for us, he saved a ton of unreleased material and has recently cracked open his vault to start revealing some of his hidden gems.
Shortly after Mos Def released his magnum opus in 1999, Black On The Both Sides, he took his second trip to the United Kingdom and appeared on Westwood’s show. He spit a freestyle while in the studio and Westwood has shared the audio of the session, which can be heard above.
