Since divulging their partnership in early September, they have finally emerged with the hauntingly beautiful first single, “Might Not Be Ok,” which addresses the recent police shooting deaths.
K.R.I.T. delivers his impassioned verses with such venom, it’s impossible not to feel every single word he spits. Paired with Whalum’s brooding hook, it’s not hard to figure out why these two got together in the first place.
