M.I.A. and Zayn Malik have shared their collaboration “Freedun,” which is the latest single from her upcoming album A.I.M.
In an accompanying interview with Annie Mac, M.I.A. reveals she was recently in the Himalayas filming the song’s video.
“Freedun” follows the Diplo-produced version of “Bird Song,” a track she had previously released with production from Blaqstarr, as well as the three Skrillex-produced joints, “Go Off,” “Borders,” and “Foreign Friend.” A.I.M. is due out September 9 via Interscope.
