It’s quite interesting that nearly the whole world is participating in the #SoGoneChallenge, freestyling over Monica’s “So Gone” instrumental. Four years ago, a then 17-year-old King Myers released an original record that sampled the “So Gone” instrumental, some classic Rakim vocals, along with some dope Hip Hop scratches and cuts. Now, he decides to re-release the record to show the Hip Hop world that Long Island’s King Myers is far ahead of his time.
