Raury Says You're Just "Like A Star"

Raury teams up with Donnie Trumpet of The Social Experiment for his new song, “Like A Star.” The track, which samples Corinne Bailey Rae’s hit of the same title, features Raury adoring a lover that’s full of promise, but who, at the same time, isn’t his.

“We’re too very young to be in love. Girl, I think you know I know that I should wait,” he sings.

Raury’s collaborative song with Jaden Smith, “Losing Your Mind,” is featured on the soundtrack to Netflix’s original series, The Get Down. Ebro Darden premiered “Losing Your Mind” on his Beats 1 show on August 8, also saying Raury and Smith are the “next generation of Hip Hop heads.”
