Straight out of Chicago’s West Side, Mikey Dollaz has an aggressive and percussive, yet nimble flow that allows him to attack a huge variety of production styles from drill to grime to electronic. On his “Good Music Gone Bad” mixtape, released today, Mikey Dollaz meets a perfect match in Chicago producer Saint the Good Boy, who produced the entire mixtape, whose operatic drill beats allow Mikey Dollaz to rhyme with a fierce energy. Together, Saint and Mikey Dollaz make hard-hitting, menacing street music for the block and the club.

“I named the mixtape Good Music Gone Bad as a play on my producer, Saint the Good Boy’s name. He produces good music and I rap about bad stuff like gang banging, sex, drugs,” explains Mikey Dollaz. “He’s one of the bigger producers and engineers in Chicago and one of the ones I’ve like working with the most so we decided to do a whole project together.” Saint has worked with Lil Mouse, Matty Baby, King Louie, Katy Got Bands, and more.
