goodbye Rae :(
another dud from the dud master raekwon
The song grew on me by the end. Rae on point as usual, the beat is hot the more you listen, but the singing can get a little too much at points with all the "I know you seeeee meeeee". Overall, pretty damn good (for 2006).
I say 3.5 or 4/5
only thing going on here is the weight and density of raekwon's voice. i'll take the accapella when i can get it. dem gals like akon tho, while they mens can fantasize with chef's images of futuristic drug dealer dictators. sounds like wyclef on international afro-pop ghost production... and at least rae refuses to go out quietly.
Not feelin' it. Rae's too thirsty. Losin' his religion.
The next single will be battlefield...
I did the artwork for this, wait till ya'll hear this entire album. No one ready
track wouldn't have been as bad if akon wasn't on it. beat is only ok, Raekwon comes off nice, but the direction? Why Rae, Why?
what happened to the WU
this is horrible , im digusted with Rae for this..beat wack, singing wack....this goes as one of the worse tracks in Wu history ..if this is off Fila im cool on that disc....gtfoh...
Hahahaha what is this faggot shit? Akon? lol....Raekwon...I'm the number one Wu supporter, but how embarrassing is this? After talking shit about RZA and the 'classic Wu sound' he puts out this horseshit. hahaha! He's the weakest in the Wu and should have just been left off of the new album
This commercial sound is wack...this track is not wonderful or murderous material. A real let down...
So Rae's going for the commercial-pop angle? And he is saying that RZA has lost his touch?
i like Rae's direction for this album..but akon on this joint? I dunno..kinda missed the boat. Shoulda did something in o8..
