Not really feeling this.
The transition was dope. and can't lie I like the joint. Yeah it's not contemporary because that genre has faded with the singers who did it well Levert, Vandross, Lattimore. Furthermore I grew up on that music, which I love but I also like progression and times have changed and hopefully people are for the better but I'm thinking at least he didn't do a "techno dance pop hip-hop track" with David Guetta or did I speak too soon?
