The Beastie Boys have revealed the title of their upcoming album in an email message to fans, according to Billboard.com.
"Our new record that is coming out that we finished the other day
is called HOT SAUCE COMMITTEE," said the message.
Currently, the rap group is set to hit numerous music festivals this summer, including Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, All Points West, Outside Lands, and Austin City Limits.
The album, which is their first since 2007's instrumental, Grammy award-winning album The Mix-Up, will feature a guest spot from Santigold.
"It's a lot of vocals, a lot of words -- very wordy," said group member Ad-Rock of the album in October. "And
it's political, depending on what you call political. You know, if
toilet talk and fart jokes are political, which they can be, in
that sense yeah, very."
