Arizona police are offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the capture and arrest of DMX, announced Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

A Phoenix judge issued a bench warrant for the rapper’s arrest after he
did not appear in court Friday (Dec. 5) morning, marking the second
time he has failed to do so.

This guy is a major annoyance to the criminal justice system,” said Arpaio, according to KPHO News. “But we will track him down, and he will face a different kind of
music in a court of law.

X is facing charges of drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty. After his failure to appear in court, Judge Michael Kemp also raised DMX’s bond to $120,000 cash.

According to his attorney, Charles Kolzelka, X is at an undisclosed rehab facility.
