DMX finally appeared in a Phoenix court yesterday (Sept. 29) after missing the first date after being hospitalized due to symptoms indicating a stroke [click to read].

X was in court for less than two minutes, as the judge ordered him back in court on October 7 for a status conference.

The troubled rapper is charged with four counts of drug paraphernalia and one count of marijuana possession, in addition to a felony theft charge and animal cruelty charges.
