C-Murder was indicted for Murder in the second degree this past week, a charge that carries a minimum sentence of life imprisonment, without parole or suspension of sentence.

C-Murder, real name Corey Miller has been locked up at the Jefferson Correctional Facility in Gretna, Louisiana since his arrest and will be arraigned next week. Miller plans on pleading not guilty over the murder of 16-year-old Steve Thomas back on January 18th and Miller’s attorney hopes to go through a speedy trial.

Although there were witnesses at the scene of the shooting who accuse Miller of pulling the trigger, it is believed that Miller’s attorney’s plans to file a wrongful death suit as early as next week.
