Brooklyn emcee and producer Ill Bill just announced that he’s teamed with Kansas City’s Tech N9ne to release his long-awaited Hour of Reprisal album.

Releasing on June 17, the album features the talked about track “White Nigger,” [click to listen] a testament to Bill‘s marginalization as a Jewish person growing up in a black neighborhood, facing opposition from white and black peers. The effort also explores drug addiction and family in the track, “My Uncle,” a tribute to the man Bill‘s Uncle Howie Records is named after. Production comes from Bill himself, as well as legends such as Muggs, T-Ray and DJ Premier.

The disc will feature a bonus DVD of Bill‘s last performance at acclaimed Punk and Hip Hop club in Downtown New York, CBGB’s. The cover art has been designed by Slayer album cover artist Larry Carroll.
