Rapper Plies' manager, David Lee Gay Jr., was arrested on Tuesday with over 80 pounds of cocaine in his possession.
Gay, who currently works for Isabomb Entertainment, is accused of six instances of receiving and selling cocaine, with amounts varying from half a kilo to a kilo from Sept. 21 through Nov. 12.
According to the Tampa Tribune, the manager paid the now co-defendant in his case, Eleazar Gutierrez-Castillo for a kilo of cocaine.
According to a police affidavit, Gay entered into an agreement to traffic at least six kilos of cocaine. After executing a search warrant on his home, police reportedly found a 9mmm Taurus handgun, 10 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and nearly $8,000 in cash.
Gay faces state and federal charges, including possession of cocaine, racketeering, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, armed trafficking and several conspiracy charges.
Currently Gay remains in jail with no bail set.
