Forbes just came out with their list of the “Hip Hop Cash Kings”.

Jay-Z‘s  takes the top spot, raking in $36 million in 2006, with the help of an impressive list of business ventures (Def Jam, Roc-a-Fella, The 40/40 Club, the New Jersey Nets, Budweiser, Hewlett-Packard, and General Motors). 50 Cent beat out Diddy for #2, while Kanye West falls way behind at #8.

50 made almost double what Kanye made last year, taking in $32 million, while West made $17 million.
