50 Cent’s album Curtis has been pushed back one week from September 4 to September 11th. According to XXL, sources from Interscope Records confirmed the new date, but did not give a reason.

The album, originally slated for a release on June 26, was rescheduled in late May to be released in September. 50’s explanation at the time was that the album had not been ready for a worldwide release. Many fans speculated that the real reason for the album’s delay is the lukewarm reception that its singles have so far received.

50’s video for his latest single off of Curtis, I Get Money, will debut this afternoon on Hot97.com.
