HipHopDX Premiere

North Carolina-bred rapper Jackie Spade has unearthed fellow North Carolina native and veteran Hip Hop artist Petey Pablo for his new single, “Country Love.” The track comes from Jackie’s debut album, Aurafication, which is expected to arrive on February 22 via Champion Sound Recordings.

“I wrote ‘Country Love’ specifically as a anthem for North Carolina,” Jackie tells HipHopDX. “When I heard the beat, the first thing that popped into mind was ‘Raise Up’ and I immediately was like, ‘I need Petey Pablo on this’ and long story short, the universe made it happen.”

Fans may recognize Jackie from the 2015 BET Hip Hop Cypher where he spit alongside Joyner Lucas and Tink.
