As Tekashi 6ix9ine sits in jail awaiting his trial — or bail, whichever comes first — he keeps taking hits. According to PageSix, prosecutors and 6ix9ine’s lawyer met with Judge Felicia Mennin on Friday (November 30) for a private meeting.
They decided he will likely be re-sentenced to time served for posting a video of a 13-year-old girl engaging in a sex act. The 2015 case was seemingly closed in October when Mennin sentenced the 22-year-old Brooklyn native to 1,000 hours of community service and four years probation. Prosecutors, however, wanted 6ix9ine sentenced to one to 4 years behind bars.
A source reportedly said that because he’s locked up in his federal racketeering case, he can’t be on probation. Consequently, he’ll get time served.
