Usually rapper 50 Cent beefs with other artists on track but now he is taking it to the court. Fifty is taking Shaniqua Tomkins, mother of his son Marquise to family court to establish child support arrangements. The rapper alledley filed papers due to Tomkins greed.
“It was just getting so out of hand. It was driven by greed. He felt it was necessary to get a court order making clear just what his responsibility is. He took matters into his own hands,” said a friend close to the G-Unit captain.

50 and Tomkins split five years ago but the rapper still supplied his baby mother with an house in New York for her and their son.

It is reported that Tomkins has hired lawyer, Raoul Lionel Felder.
“He’s paying a lot of child support. He takes [Marquise] on vacations. He just took him to L.A., where they saw Eminem together. He met Justin Timberlake and Timbaland in Miami. He took him to the NBA All-Star Game in Vegas. He sees his son very frequently. When he’s on the road, he brings him out,” said the friend.
