An emotional Cardi B took to Instagram on Monday (November 19) to reveal she had just purchased her mother’s dream home. In the first clip, she explains she had waited until she could afford the kind of home she believes her mother deserves.
“This is the happiest day of my life,” Cardi says in the first clip. “Last year, I was so thirsty to buy my mama a home, and I could only afford a house that cost $600,00 and you know, we live in New York, so cribs that look like that look like shit.
“I waited, I waited, I waited till I could afford a dream home, and I copped it…I’m emotional.”
Cardi added in the caption, “Stay down till you come up! Its always been a dream to buy my mother a house .Last year i was so thirsty to buy my mom a house but the ones i was interested for her weren’t at my price range .I worked and worked and now I’m here !!”

“Thank you everybody who supported me to make my childhood dreams come true! Buy my momma a house !!” she concluded. “don’t ask me for shit motherfuckers i got big girls bills.”
