Lil Xan was evidently in an emo mood over the weekend. On Saturday (October 27), the 22-year-old rapper let his 5.1 million Instagram followers know how he was feeling.

” You know how bad it sucks to know that no one really likes you,” he wrote on one of his Instagram Stories.

Despite Xan’s musical milestones — his inaugural studio album TOTAL XANARCHYdebuted at No. 10 on Billboard 200 in April — his career has been plagued by controversy. During an interview with REVOLT TV, Xan deemed Tupac Shakur’s music “boring.”

Consequently, he received an onslaught of criticism. In fact, Waka Flocka Flame said he was banned him from Hip Hop and T.I. seconded the motion.

Last month, Xan attempted to defend himself once again during an Instagram Live session.

“What the fuck?” he said. “When I said that Tupac shit, y’all acted like you were suckin’ on that guy’s dick or some shit. What I said is what I said. They cut the interview, but I don’t give a fuck.”

Apparently, that’s not exactly the case.
