HipHopDX Premiere

It’s been a long time since The East Side Boyz exploded on the scene with Lil Jon. Formed in 1995, Lil Jon and The East Side Boyz dropped several albums before dissolving around 2004.

Now, the Boyz — Big Sam and Lil’ Bo — have resurfaced with B2K’s Raz B on a new collaborative single “Get It Low,” which is taken from The East Side Boyz’s upcoming project.

Produced by Al “Hitman” Nolan and Adam Larossa from the Dayone Camp, the track combines that Atlanta crunk sound with Raz’s pop/EDM flavor.

As part of B2K, Raz has sold millions of records. His first single as a solo artist, “Fire,” debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100 R&B chart in 2012. Following a life-threatening medical condition in 2013, Raz is stronger and more focused than ever.
