A federal court has approved the final filings for Mac Miller’s will following his death. According to The Blast, David Byrnes was officially appointed as the personal attorney for Mac Miller’s estate.
Byrnes is in charge of making sure the estate is strictly monitored so that all the money goes to the right people. He must also provide a report detailing the distribution of Miller’s assets.
The 26-year-old unexpectedly passed away in September and was buried at Homewood Cemetery near his home in Pittsburgh.

Miller’s passing has affected many in the music industry, especially his ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande, who recently ended her short-lived relationship with SNL star Pete Davidson.
During her relationship with Mac Miller, sources stated that singer felt she did everything she could to help her boyfriend at that time to get clean before their breakup in April.

At the end of this month, some of Mac Miller closes friends and family will get together to perform at “The Celebration Of Life” benefit concert. The benefit concert will include performances from Travis Scott, SZA, Vince Staples, Ty Dolla $ign, and more. All the proceeds from the concert will go towards Mac Miller’s Circles Fund organization and will take place on October 31 at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
