Nicki Minaj took to Instagram on Thursday (June 7) to share the cover art for Queen,her forthcoming fourth studio album and what she believes is her most stellar body of material.
The caption read, “#Queen 8|10|18 [shot] by the legendary #MertAndMarcus. My greatest work to date. Thank you for your patience & love. Pre-Order next week.”
The photo, shot by London-based fashion photographers Mert and Marcus, features Minaj scantily clad in beaded underwear, pasties and headgear, and sitting on a tree branch.
Minaj is one of several celebrities Mert and Marcus have worked with over the years. Other clients include Madonna, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Fergie and Taylor Swift.
