T.I. has run into trouble with the law yet again. According to AP News, he was arrested outside of his gated community in Henry County, Georgia around 4:30 a.m. on May 16 for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and simple assault.

He addressed the arrest on his Instagram Live, brushing it off as “small potatoes.”

According to TMZ, T.I. and a friend attempted to enter the gated community without a key, causing an argument with the guard. Once they were allowed in, T.I. returned to continue their disagreement. At this point, cops were called in and arrested T.I. and his friend. The guard said he wasn’t physically attacked but feared that he might get hit, which is enough to constitute simple assault in Georgia.
