Sam Smith has enlisted Logic for his latest visual “Pray,” which comes from the British crooner’s sophomore album The Thrill Of It All.
Directed by Joe Conner, the video was shot at a 19th century Italian villa called Villa Erba. Inside, the Bobby Tarantino IIrapper and Smith swap verses about hope.
In a press release, Smith explained, “We are all looking around at what’s happening in the world and it is just messed up. You’ve got no choice but to look up to the sky and put your hands together and pray for something to happen.”
Logic is getting ready to embark on the Bobby Tarantino Vs. Everybody Tour, which kicks off June 8 in Boston alongside openers KYLE and NF. The extensive North American run wraps up on August 3 in St. Louis.
