Cam’ron will once again don his writing and directing hat thanks to a new film set to coincide with the release of the Harlem spitter’s next album.

Cam recently spoke with Noisey to offer some insight into the project, which is apparently reminiscent of the 2002 thriller Unfaithful, but with a “once you go black you never go back” twist.

The script for the movie reportedly centers around a married white woman who rents her guest house to a black man.

“We’re going to put out a movie with the album and keep putting movies after that,” Cam said. “So instead of shooting nine, 10, 11 videos, what we’re doing is writing the script.”

Cam’ron has been known to dabble in film in the past and starred in the 2002 Hip Hop film, Paid In Full, but he stressed his music career will never be placed on the back-burner.

“Music, even if I wanted to stop, I don’t think I could stop,” he said. “It’s just so embedded in my blood that it’s easy to do records. But it’s always fun to take on a new task also.”

While speaking with Noisey, Cam also let it be known that he plans on releasing not one, but two albums this year. He also shared a slice of the new music in the form of “D.I.A.”
