Lil Yachty’s use of the word “peekaboo” on his collab with Migos may just land the Atlanta wordsmith in court.

Memphis Ash, the Jacksonville rapper behind last year’s “Pikachu,” believes that Yachty took inspiration from his song for the recently released “Peek A Boo” off the Teenage Emotions album. TMZ reports that Memphis has taken legal action against Yachty, sending off a cease and desist letter through his lawyers.

According to Memphis, Migos and Yachty’s “Peek A Boo” borrows from both the verse and hook to his song. He’s reportedly prepared to attempt to have the track removed from Spotify, iTunes, and other online stores.
