The relationship between Atlanta rappers Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug continues to be caught in limbo, with Quan revealing that the two are cordial with one another, but don’t speak.

Rich Homie Quan spoke on Thugger during an interview with 99 Jamz, after being asked about their on-again, off-again association. He revealed that they “don’t talk,” but stressed that despite their lack of conversation there is “no bad blood.”

Quan later added that although he and Thug have lots of songs in the vault, he has no plans to release any of that material.

“We don’t got no bad blood, but we don’t talk,” Rich Homie Quan said. “We don’t talk every day like you think we would talk every day. But we don’t got no bad blood … It is what it is. You feel me? I wish him the best … We ain’t did music in a long time … We did a lot of songs that people haven’t heard, but I’m not gonna put out any songs. I don’t want to talk about it too much where you think it’s something because it’s nothing. I’m in a different part of my life right now.”

Following months of sneak and not-so-sneak disses, Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug appeared to have put their differences aside earlier this month when it was revealed that Quan might be featured on Thug’s upcoming E.B.B.T.G. (Easy Breezy Beautiful Thugger Girls) album.

During this week’s conversation with 99 Jamz, Rich Homie Quan also added some clarification to rumors that he was to sign with Birdman and Cash Money Records.

“We all came in solo artists,” he said. “So, it was just like we gonna collaborate on a project. We just gonna see what it do. It was never no paperwork involved. I never wanted to sign with Bird. Nothing against Bird, but I just didn’t want to sign with him. I still talk to him. We still got good vibes. Ain’t no bad blood. It’s just I got my own dream.”
