Future’s Nobody Safe Tour is apparently not safe from Rocko’s lawsuit as the rapper/record label exec is asking a judge to put all the money from the upcoming trek into escrow as the case continues to unfold.

The estimated $5 million that Future Hendrix is expected to make on the tour will help the Freebandz leader cover the $10 million that he would owe Rocko if the A1 leader gets what he’s asking for, TMZ reports.

Rocko first sued Future nearly a year ago. He claimed the super trapper breached a contract that stated he was supposed to release six albums on Rocko’s A1 Recordings label by signing a distribution deal with Epic instead.

Future countersued and then blasted the case, calling his “U.O.E.N.O.” collaborator a “con artist.” The lawsuit was rumored to be settled earlier this year with the royalties from Future’s self-titled and HNDRXX albums going to the exec, but those reports turned out to be false.
