Looks like 50 Cent may be getting into a legal battle for punching an overly enthusiastic female audience member during a show last week in Baltimore.

Footage from the concert appeared to show the woman pulling 50 off the stage and into the crowd after he’d reached out to shake hands. As he stumbled forward, he socked her in the chest. The woman, named Donnetta Derr, was brought on stage and eventually twerked for the crowd.

Now she’s planning on suing Mr. Curtis Jackson for the punching incident.

According to TMZ, Derr went to a lawyer after taking a trip to the hospital. Her legal representative Warren Brown called Fiddy’s behavior “cowardly.”

In the meantime, 50 has recently turned to Instagram to give an update on the next season of his highly popular crime drama Power.
