Los Angeles, CA

Soulja Boy copped a deal in his weapons case where he promises not to touch any guns. And that includes toy guns.

According to TMZ, the “Crank That” rapper pleaded no contest to charges of felony gun possession after initially pleading not guilty back in January. He was sentenced to five years probation and 240 days of community labor. Part of the deal is he cannot make any threats or touch a gun, real or otherwise. He will be allowed to travel outside of the country for work purposes as long as he clears it with his probation officer.

Soulja was arrested in December after police reportedly found a gun in his Los Angeles home.

He made headlines late last year for dissing Quavo and part of his rollout was an Instagram video where he taunted the camera with what appeared to be very real guns.

As he accepts the deal for the case, perhaps he is a step closer to accepting the fact he’s not fighting Chris Brown anymore.
