Belly has been putting his Roc Nation ties to good use since he joined the fold back in Summer 2016. For his 33rd born day, the Ottawa native has announced a new album titled Glorious in efforts to showcase his burgeoning skills as an artist and songwriter.

This new project comes on the heels of the massive success of his duet with The Weeknd, “Might Not,” which sat atop the Rhythmic Radio charts on Billboard in the Spring of 2016 for a cool month as well as his most recent project, Inzombia, which HipHopDX outlined as “the type of consistency that can be best described as a ‘vibe’.”

Glorious looks to build on the notoriety Belly garnered by helping pen Beyoncé’s “6 Inch” off of her culture-stopping album, Lemonade and winning the “Songwriter of the Year” award at the 2016 SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) Awards.

The ominous yet celebratory title track produced by Danny Boy Styles serves as the first taste from the LP and follows the aforementioned vibe trail Belly has been synchronizing with his artistry.

Glorious is currently slated for a Summer 2017 drop but in the meantime, Belly will be joining The Weeknd, Rae Sremmurd and 6LACK as a special guest on the North American leg of the “Starboy: Legend of the Fall” 2017 World Tour starting on April 25th in Vancouver, BC.
