Mary j. blige – “u + me (love lesson)”

Mary J. Blige has always masterfully executed songs about love and relationships, most notably on the 1995 Method Man hit, “I’ll Be There for You/You’re All I Need to Get By.” The veteran R&B queen is still reeling from the divorce of her husband of 10 years, Kendu Isaacs, but has turned that pain into art. Taken from her upcoming album Strength Of A Woman, “U + Me (Love Lessons)” is about bouncing back from a devastating blow. Listen above.
