P.O.S is back in action with his Chill, dummy album, his first since 2012’s We Don’t Even Live Here, which he remixed a year later with Marijuana Deathsquad.

The Minneapolis rapper has 12 songs on the project, including the title track, “Born a Snake,” which was featured in Marvel’s “Black Panther” series. Features on Chill, dummy come from Open Mike Eagle, Angelenah and Moncelas Boston. The LP closes with the posse cut “Sleepdrone / Superposition” with Hard_R, Allan Kingdom, Astronautalis, Kathleen Hanna, Lizzo, Eric Mayson, Lydia Liza and Nicholas L. Perez.

P.O.S had a kidney transplant in 2014 after struggling with a chronic kidney disease he was diagnosed with as a teenager. His battle with his health forced him to cancel the tour in promotion of We Don’t Even Live Here.
