Martin Shkreli — pharmaceutical powerhouse and famed Hip Hop buff — has once again threatened DJ Akademiks, the social media personality known for his satirical coverage of Hip Hop music and culture.

In a newly released video published to YouTube, Shkreli called out Akademiks after the latter recently attacked the controversial entrepreneur, saying that his claims of owning Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter V are nothing but lies.

“Your insistence on attempting to debase my good name have not gone unnoticed and leave me little choice but to levy a brutal retaliation,” Shkreli says in the clip posted days after he called out Akademiks on Twitter.

Later in the video, Shkreli proceeds to remind Akademiks of his current legal situation, assuring the social media personality that he wouldn’t survive in his shoes.

“I must also remind you that I’m presently out on bail from recent criminal charges levied against me in federal court,” he says. “My understanding from my colleagues is that you’ve never seen the inside of a jail cell. Let me tell you, sir, you would not do well in such conditions.”

While Shkreli tells Akademiks that he has no plans to physically harm him, he did make it clear that his associates know of his whereabouts and may be out looking for him.

“Given my recent incarceration, allow me to take note that I have no intention to harm you physically as my bail status would likely be revoked and this quarrel is distinctly below me,” he says. “You are no Charlamagne [Tha God].”

Although Shkreli says he wants no violence, he can not make any promises as his goons have “significantly longer and more storied alleged criminal histories” than their leader. He also claims they are strapped with “legal weapons, which they are quick to use.”

“While my temper is presently under control and I view you as a laughable, social media persona, I assure you that further prodding will lead to serious and direct consequences,” Shkreli continues. “In the meantime, I give you fair warning that my associates may be looking for you and there is little I can do to quell them off. I wish you luck in defending yourself from the reality you’ve created.”
