Comedian/actor Katt Williams has garnered quite the lengthy arrest record in the past year.

His latest arrest took place over the weekend, after he allegedly attacked and punched a woman at a restaurant in California.

TMZ reports that the alleged attack took place on a restaurant worker at the Sportsmen’s Lodge restaurant in Sherman Oaks, California for an unknown reason. Williams’ attack on the woman is said to have left her with visible injuries.

Following the woman’s request that Williams be arrested, he was taken into custody for misdemeanor battery. Hours after being taken into custody, the comedian was released on $20,000 bail.

This year alone, Williams has been arrested a handful of times.

In March of this year, he was arrested after threatening his bodyguard while a woman beat the man up with a bat. Days later, Williams caused a minor frenzy when amateur video of the actor tussling with a teenager surfaced online.
