Don P a third of dirty south group Trillville was arrested last week on charges of rape and sodomy.
P whose government name is Donnell Prince allegedly raped a 16-year-old girl at a party Dec. 16. The rapper and another unnamed individual allegedly took the girl into a room of an Atlanta apartment complex where the incident took place.
However, there is another side to the story.

Prince’s attorney, Keith Adams disputes the account and also asserts that the girl in question is not a minor. Adams also says the sex between the two was consensual.
Trillville first made their way into the eyes of the main stream with a collaborative album with Lil Scrappy. Under the watchful eye of Lil Jon, the group released the hit singles Neva Eva and Some Cut (remember the bed springs?).
The group is planning to release their next album this summer.
