Philadelphia, PA – Prior to his controversial Instagram post where 50 Cent made fun of an autistic airport worker, the G-Unit general reportedly visited a disabled fan in Philadelphia.

TMZ reports that 50 was at a hotel during a wedding when the groom, whose name is Chris Brown, asked the rapper to visit his brother, Justin. The brother, who is a big 50 Cent fan, has reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome and is bedridden.

The Kanan Tape rapper said he couldn’t make any promises because of a busy schedule, but ended up visiting with the disabled man for an hour and a half.

This incident supposedly happened weeks before 50’s run-in with 19-year-old Andrew Farrell at a Cincinnati airport. The rapper apologized for making an Instagram video mockingly asking if the teenager was high. He also donated $100,000 to Autism Speaks.
