The first visual to come from The Life of Pablo will reportedly be “Waves,” the song that Chance the Rapper had to persuade Kanye West to put on the album in the first place.

According to the Daily Record, West and his team shot the “Waves” video in Scotland. On Sunday (April 10), he and his crew rented out seven of the 14 rooms at the Skeabost House Hotel on the Isle of Skye while recording the video.

West is described by hotel co-owner Anne Gracie as “the perfect guest – charming, courteous and polite.”

Photographs were not allowed during his stay and his wife, Kim Kardashian, was not present. There is also no mention of Chris Brown or Kid Cudi, who are featured on “Waves.”

“He was very busy and didn’t have a lot of time,” a spokesperson for the hotel says. “He was definitely here to work.”

West is known for his innovative visuals, from the movie he created for the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy cut “Runaway” to making multiple videos for the College Dropout hit “Jesus Walks.
