When authorities arrived at the Englewood home, FiF Money reportedly began firing on police officers. He was fatally shot during the encounter.

The rapper and his girlfriend, Breanna Patterson, were allegedly in the home to find a man who had previously robbed them.

Due to Illinois state law, which states that anyone who commits a felony that results in death can face murder charges despite not being the shooter, Patterson has been charged with first degree murder. She’s also charged with home invasion.
