Jay Electronica gave an update on his  Act II: Patents of Nobility album at a recent performance at the CMJ Music Marathon in New York, Complex reports.

“I was just backstage talking about that with [Jason] Goldwatch,” Electronica says. “We were talking about the delete button.”

Goldwatch is a video director who has made “Into the Light” and “Time Pieces” with the rapper.

Jay Electronica said in 2012 that the album was completed and ready to turn in for mastering.
