Fetty Wap was taken to the hospital yesterday (September 26) after a car struck his motorcycle while he was attempting to pass another vehicle.

CBS reports that the “Trap Queen” singer received three summonses in the aftermath of the accident. Police say Fetty Wap was cited for “driving without a license, not having insurance and failing to produce a vehicle registration card.”

The New Jersey native’s injuries are not life-threatening. The woman driving the car was also injured in the collision.
