Tyga is reportedly being sued by Dez Dynamic, who produced the rapper’s song “Molly.”

According to Bossip, Dez was promised $5,000 up front and an additional $5,000 when the song was turned in. He was also told he would receive 3.5 percent of the album sales for Hotel California, the project that the song appears on.

The producer says he never received any of the money and took the rapper to court in Louisiana. He says he won a judgement that demanded Universal Music Group to stop the distribution of the song. Dynamic says the company has not listened to the decision.
