U.S. District Court Judge Richard Berman overturned New England Patriot Tom Brady‘s four-game suspension yesterday (September 4) over the quarterback’s involvement in the “Deflategate” scandal and Snoop Dogg is none too pleased with the court’s decision.

Although the NFL has appealed Berman’s decision to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Brady is eligible to open the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers on September 10.

“You hear the NFL overturned [Tom] Brady’s shit?” Snoop says in an Instagram clip. “I can’t do nothing but smoke. That’s bullshit. You might as well overturn all the homies that got weed cases in the league too if ya’ll [are] gonna do that. Keep it real.”

“Do we get leveon bell 26 bac for game one or does this rule just apply to qbs? Nfl,” the BUSH rapper captioned on Instagram.
