Straight Outta Compton has done big numbers since hitting theaters a few weeks ago and talk of a sequel had already reportedly begun.

According to Entertainment Weekly though, the figurative movie charting the rise of Death Row Records, Dogg Pound’s Daz Dillenger, Tupac and Snoop Dogg is not currently in the works. A spokesperson for the company says, “At this time there are no plans for a Straight Outta Compton sequel.”

Dogg Pound For Life was the rumored title of the original film’s sequel. Curtis Young, the son of Dr. Dre, was rumored play the role of his father.
