Jay Electronica performed at London’t XOYO Club last week and gave himself a much-debated title in Rap, 2DopeBoyz reports.
“Jay Electronica is The God of Hip Hop,” he says. “You might be the 6 God, but I am The God.”
Drake calls himself The 6 God, referencing his hometown of Toronto.

Jay Electronica also calls out J. Cole at the performance.
“I’m sorry, but J. Cole ain’t got bars like this,” Electronica says. “I’m sorry, whoever your favorite rapper is, they all know that I’m The God.”
Last summer, Drake took the stage with J. Cole at the “Dollar & A Dream” tour and called the two emcees “the only two kings” in Rap.
