Action Bronson is being sued by salsa group El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico for sampling its songs without permission, TMZ reports.

The group is saying Bronson sampled “Falsaria” and “Trampolin” in his songs “Mofongo” and “Tapas” and did not get clearance.

The lawsuit cites a 2011 Twitter post the New York rapper made where he admits to using “Falsaria” and a 2014 interview where he says he listens to the Puerto Rican band while cooking.
