Nipsey Hussle took to Twitter today (August 3) to apologize for responding to a post calling Black women “a disgrace” to Black culture.
“Wrong is wrong and I’ll take responsibility and apologize to all my black women that were offended by it,” Hussle writes.
He continues by saying that the original comment, meant as a joke, was made in poor taste and that he views Black women as the backbone of society.
The post that Hussle was apologizing for was a response to someone saying, “Blacc females r a disgrace to blacc culture” with laughing emojis.
Hussle replied, “I can’t retweet that but I’m LMAO TRU shit.”
